News and Notes from the Lions Den (updated)


    • UPDATE 9:30pm The Liberty girls volleyball team defeated Pittsburg 25-11, 25-14, 25-22 to improve to 6-3 in the BVAL

    • Water Polo- Liberty Girls Water Polo finished the year with a 14-9 record and finished 2nd in the BVAL. The Lady Lions secured the 11-seed in the NCS playoffs and will travel to the SODA Aquatic Center in Martinez on Thursday to play Alhambra in the 1st round.Girls
    • Volleyball- The Lady Lions volleyball team has secured a spot in the NCS playoffs.  With matches left against Pittsburg and Deer Valley, Liberty looks to improve on their seeding.
    • The East Bay Preps blog released their final football poll of the season. Liberty cracked the top 15 for the first time in several years.
